Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MSAE.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Submit all requests to MSAE via email at info@msae.org. MSAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions within a given event are gladly accepted. A substitution of full registration is permitted prior to an event by submitting a written request to info@msae.org.

MSAE reserves the right to change speakers and/or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty. The total amount of any liability of MSAE will be limited to a refund of the attendee’s registration fee.

Acknowledgement Of Health and Safety Information

I understand that I should not attend the conference if I have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or if I am showing COVID-19 symptoms and awaiting COVID-19 test results.

Further, I acknowledge that conference participants are required to have a full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72-hours prior to the attendee’s arrival at the Conference Registration Desk. (The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after receiving a second shot of a two-dose vaccine, or two weeks after the single-dose vaccine.)

According to current state and federal guidance, face masks are optional at the conference. Wearing a mask is a personal choice. All attendees should be mindful and respectful of other attendees’ health choices.

MSAE reserves the right to reevaluate safety protocols as is prudent according to community spread.
