AJ: I enjoy travel, reading, and visiting craft breweries. My happy place is the Caribbean and I love to scuba dive. I also enjoy visiting our beautiful national parks.
AJ: I joined as a supplier member when I started working with the association market.
AJ: Over the years I have gained an understanding of the important role associations play in our state. I feel that MSAE is critical in supporting the industry and promoting positive growth. Having been a member of associations and having experience with board service, I feel I can positively contribute to the mission of the organization.
AJ: MSAE offers a wealth of opportunities for education, professional development, and networking. No matter your role in the industry, there is something for everyone.
AJ: Through my work at Crystal Mountain, I have experience with association events such as annual meetings, continuing education, board meetings, and fundraising events. Personally, I was a member of Michigan Association of School Boards for 10 years. Through Crystal Mountain, I have participated in several associations with which we are members, on both the state and national levels.
AJ: I currently serve as President for West Michigan Tourist Association. Formerly I served 10 years on the Frankfort Elberta Area Schools Board of Education. I volunteer for various events through our local Chamber of Commerce.
AJ: As a new board member I am looking forward to getting to know the other board members and learning how I can contribute to the group.
