Shelley Davis-Boyd

Shelley is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in management, business development, communications, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at M3 Group, she plays a vital role in shaping the company's strategic direction, emphasizing the importance of accountability, collaboration, and growth. In addition to her role at M3 Group, Shelley is the President and Founder of Integrare Collaborative, a coaching and speaking business born out of her commitment to empowering others.

Shelley's educational journey includes an MBA from Northwood University and a certificate in Credit Union Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She also holds a Business Image Coach certification from The Protocol School of Washington and is a Certified EQ-i Practitioner. A former association executive, Shelley earned the CAE accreditation in 2022.
