Exhibit Hall SOLD OUT!

Our industry partners are an important component of our membership dynamic. The annual conference schedule dedicates shared time with industry partners and executive decision makers.  Exhibitor’s strategy should focus on strengthening their networks, driving sales, and introducing new products as vital “solution” providers to associations.

Exhibitor Registration

The Industry Partner Registration Rate (Member: $649 | Nonmember: $749) includes conference registration for one representative and complimentary exhibit space for the first representative from each partner. All representatives must be registered for conference to participate.

Sponsors entitled to complimentary conference registration may upgrade to include exhibit space for $250.

Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space includes:

• A 30”x42” high cocktail table with
• black form fitted cover for linen (exhibitors are welcome to bring their own custom linen)
• Tabletop signage (8.5 x 11 plastic display to include name, logo, and table #)

Trashcans will be located throughout the exhibit space.

Table locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of MSAE. Placement will be made based on sponsorship level, date of registration and, to the extent possible, separation of competitive products.

Utilities

Wi-Fi will be available throughout the exhibit space at no charge. There is limited availability of electricity to exhibit spaces. Exhibitors requiring electricity must contact Nichole Fisher, CMP, (517) 220-2387.

Use of Space

The space provided is for a 30”x42” high cocktail table display and the immediate surrounding area. Exhibitors shall arrange their display so that they do not obstruct other exhibits. Floor displays may be used behind the cocktail table provided the display fits within those dimensions and does not exceed 8’ high. Vertical retractable banners are encouraged.

All promotional material must be distributed from within the confines of the Exhibitor’s own space. Materials bearing any name or form of advertisement may not be displayed anywhere other than the dedicated space. No Exhibitor shall sublet space allotted. Each Exhibitor is responsible for keeping the aisle or aisles near contracted space free of congestion. Helium balloons and confetti are not permitted.

No Show Policy

Exhibitors are considered “no show” if a company does not occupy or exhibit in the designated space within 20 minutes of the scheduled opening of the exhibit hall and has not given MSAE the required written notice of cancellation. MSAE has the right to use “no show” exhibit space in such a manner as it may deem in the exhibit hall’s best interest. Failure to occupy exhibit space does not relieve the exhibitor from their obligation to pay the full conference registration fee.
