Share Your Event

MSAE welcomes event submissions from association members to be included in our Upcoming Events Calendar. To ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your event:

Eligibility:
  • Events must be relevant to the association and its members.
  • Only MSAE association members may submit events.
  • Submit events at least four weeks prior to the desired publication date to allow for review and posting.
Submission Process:
  1. Complete the online event submission form.
  2. Provide all required information, including the event name, host association, staff contact, date, time, location, description, and registration details.
Review and Approval:
  • All submissions will be reviewed by MSAE staff before inclusion in the calendar.
  • MSAE reserves the right to edit event details for clarity, format consistency, and space considerations.
  • Submission does not guarantee inclusion. At its sole discretion, MSAE reserves the right to decline submissions without cause.
Promotion and Updates:
  • Once published, events will appear on MSAE’s Upcoming Events Calendar.
  • If event details change after submission, notify MSAE immediately to update the listing.
  • By submitting an event, you agree to these guidelines and confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
